Complete your Launchpad to Learning Course
- Starting August 18th, you’ll be able to access your Launchpad course, which will introduce you to your online learning environment. All students must complete Launchpad course module #1 before the first day of class.
- To get started, you’ll need to log into your Online Hub. Keep an eye out for a separate email containing your login info. Not sure where things are in the Online Hub? There is still time to sign up for an ArtU Hub Interactive Webinar:
Meet Your Department Director
- On Thursday, August 25th, get an opportunity to meet your department directors through Zoom. This is your chance to ask questions about classes, get tips on how to succeed in your program, connect with your fellow students, and so much more.

Classes Start on Thursday, September 1st
- We are excited to have you start classes this fall and can’t wait to begin teaching you the skills you will need for your future career in art and design. See you in class!
Get Your Student ID
- On-site students: Student ID cards will be distributed at 620 Sutter in the front lobby, from August 15th to September 7th, Monday through Saturday, 8AM to 5PM. After hours or on weekends new ID cards can be obtained at 180 New Montgomery. Students must call 415-618-3911 to gain entry to the building and will be escorted to the Communication Center.
- Online students: You can access your student ID via the CampusM Portal. Log into the Academy’s Online Hub to access a tutorial about how to upload a photo to the Student Self Service. Your ID picture will be reviewed and approved/rejected by the Academy staff.
